I order this in a cup, instead of a cone, and make it stretch for three days....it gives just the right amount to satisfy that after dinner sweet tooth...yum!

I like the small ice dream cup. If you are really being careful, there is a very small kids' size available. I like that there is no HFCS and that it is a large quantity and pretty filling. It tastes real custard cream, not like whipped topping.

I love to have something sweet after a meal and I often get the yogurt, but it seems that the icedream cone has less calories and sugar than the chick fil-a yogurt. I guess if you are really craving something sweet after your meal the icedream would be a healthy find.
