I LOVE this chicken sandwich. It is chock full of protein, and while the calories, sodium and fat are a little on the high side for my taste, if you pair it with a fruit cup, you can still have a great meal for under 500 calories. You'll definitely have to plan ahead for this meal to make sure you stay in your calorie range (not to mention sodium! ) for the day, but every now and then, it is so totally worth it!!

Also you can have the sandwhich with a wheat bun too! It is great and when you request wheat bun it is automatically made without butter:)

you can ask for this sandwich to be made without butter. It cuts out some calories and fat and tastes just as good!
