Subway 6" subway club on wheat (no cheese w/ mustard)

Subway Veggie Patty on Honey Oat (or wheat, etc.) sans cheese is an excellent option! It's low in cals, filling, and delicious + it's an extra option for vegetarians or people trying to limit their meat intake but needing that "heartier" substitute to the veggie delight. :)
