Right now a large organization of physicians is suing KFC for not labeling the fact that the grilled chicken contains known cancer causing substances. It is the process itself of cooking the meat at high prolonged temperature (which is necessary to kill the salmonella) which creates the carcinogen--really no way to get around it. If people want to eat it after they know it might cause cancer in their bodies--that is up to them. It's just that the food industry is not warning us about what they are feeding us!

The Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine has great concerns about carcinogens in KFC grilled chicken. Here is a link to their article.

I found the grilled chicken a much better alternative than the fried. I had it with green beans and mashed potatoes, no gravy. Another tip STOP drinking the sodas, ask for water in all your dining out. Instead carry the singles to go packets add to your water and enjoy not having to pay up to two dollars for a drink.

KFC's grilled chicken is terrific. I used it for a family birthday dinner along with salad and baked potatoes. Adults and children alike were very pleased.

I tried the new grilled chicken at KFC and found it to be very tasteless and dry. I was eating a thigh piece which is usually the juiciest piece and found it (them) to be dry like a breast piece. There was little taste to the chicken... had to add some barbecue sauce for taste and moisture. I have talked to several others who have had the same experience and they say that it depends what time in the day you get your chicken as to whether it has moisture/taste. If it is right out griller, then has some moisture/taste, but if sits for short time, then it becomes lifeless and tasteless.

I ve tried the grilled chicken at kfc and I find that it is very juicy and tasty and I love it more than the fried chicken which seems more dried out after peeling the skin off.
