My KFC will double the green beans for me when I order the grilled chicken and leave off the biscuit. The corn on the cob makes up for it.

Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Tostada means toasted in Spanish, and in this simple recipe, Chef Meg takes her Slow Cooker Provencal Chicken and Beans leftovers and makes a crunchy, crispy, chewy, cheesy tostada for a quick weeknight supper.

Some grocery stores carry tostadas, which are slightly drier and crispier than tortillas. If you can't find them, use corn tortillas--or your favorite kind of wrap. Full Recipe
