This is DELICIOUS. The chicken is a good portion size! It fills me up. The potatoes are ALWAYS amazing, with the potato skin in the taters! I couldn't even finish the brocolli, which was roasted in lemon!

It was good but the sauce is over powering. I would order again but ask for the sauce on the side or 1/2 the sauce because that's all you can taste. Great portion though.

I did my homework before eating out, ordered this, and loved it! I felt good about my choice.

I love this plate so when we go out it is an absolute must for me. It meets all the criteria I require for my new way of eating!

Before going out that night, I knew my Mom and I were going to Applebees. I looked online and chose this because of it's low calories. I really liked it!!!
I agree, the sauce was "ok"....but i liked the garlic on everything. Very good and will keep it on my list for going out to resturaunts with family and friends.

This is very good but I suggest you have them leave the sauce off - it's only a tiny bit and it's very bitter - or at least it was to me. But I was very full after eating this and I didn't eat all the potatoes and broccoli.
