This is really a very good work out. I had to modify when I came to the bicycle crunches as it causes me severe back pain to do that, but i just did some ordinary crunches like I had done previously in the video for that section. Thanks SP :)
I just viewed the video and saved the copy to my desktop. It looks like a GREAT ab workout. I'm not sure I can do it or not, but I intend on trying here shortly. Thank you Coach Nicole.

I just started this exercise today and it was hard. I'm 45yrs. old and thought I was in good shape but I was wrong. I have this belly fat that I just don't like and I wanted to tone it up. I was looking for an exercise that wouldn't take a lot of my time and came across your 15 minute video by accident and I'm glad I decided to watch it. I just wanted to say Thank You for making it.
Sounds works OK on mine! I do this video several times a week. As of today, I am able to do the harder version of all the exercises -- even the planks and hip lifts on my hands instead of elbows. I am amazed how consistency actually makes a difference!
Did anyone else have a problem with the abs video having no sound? The commercial before the video worked fine, so I know it wasn't my computer.... Was able to follow by watching her, but it made it a lot harder!
