why did it take me so long to find these videos??? i haven't done this one yet but i just saved two workouts for tonight and later this week... now, i am getting excited about spark, videos!!

I truly appreciated this video. I am a right hip disarticulate amputee and it's so hard for me to find exercises that can accommodate my body. I had barely any problems wih this exercise and I broke a sweat, thanks so much! Please keep them coming. As many exercises for leg amputees as you guys can make is truly appreciated!
This is really a very good work out. I had to modify when I came to the bicycle crunches as it causes me severe back pain to do that, but i just did some ordinary crunches like I had done previously in the video for that section. Thanks SP :)
I just viewed the video and saved the copy to my desktop. It looks like a GREAT ab workout. I'm not sure I can do it or not, but I intend on trying here shortly. Thank you Coach Nicole.

I just started this exercise today and it was hard. I'm 45yrs. old and thought I was in good shape but I was wrong. I have this belly fat that I just don't like and I wanted to tone it up. I was looking for an exercise that wouldn't take a lot of my time and came across your 15 minute video by accident and I'm glad I decided to watch it. I just wanted to say Thank You for making it.
