I am sure it was good for me. However, I now have heartburn. Otherwise I feel pretty good. I am 65 and way overweight. I think it was good to get through it. The heartburn is subsiding. I will not push it so much next time.

I just did this workout and I loved it! I skipped the side leg lifts though as it hurt my pointy bits (hip bone, side of the knee, ribs,etc) and substituted some jumping jacks instead.
With all the work out videos Coach Nicole has made available...there are no excuses. I started out a month ago when I joined SparkPeople.com just watching...finally I jumped in. Granted slow and awkward...but I'm working on it...not at all frustrated. I'm good to go another day, doing at least one more minute of whatever video I'm using at the time.Thank you, Coach Nicole...you are AWESOME!
