Mine are posted right in front of my computer - and I'm making a point of stopping to READ them several times a day. I have a separate 'to do' list beside my computer (printed on yellow paper so it won't get lost on my desk!) and I'm making a point of spending at LEAST 15 minutes (I set a timer) working on that list each day. Its AMAZING what I can get done in 15 focused minutes!!
Posting to my fridge and computer station really is a great idea!

Simple and effective. Thanks for the tip

I like this idea but I don't need to have a reminder of my daily goals. Those are cemented in my head. What is better for me is a photo of where I want to be: a thinspiration or fitspo photo posted on my computer (I spend all day on my computer!) would be much more effective. Same idea, different content. Thank you!
When I first started seriously four years ago, I wrote my reasons why I wanted to learn to eat moderately on a Word document and on an index card. I read them several times a day. I didn't keep them posted all over, but reading them often kept them in my mind and I found it easier to stick to my eating plans. Now, it's mostly second nature.
