When I first started seriously four years ago, I wrote my reasons why I wanted to learn to eat moderately on a Word document and on an index card. I read them several times a day. I didn't keep them posted all over, but reading them often kept them in my mind and I found it easier to stick to my eating plans. Now, it's mostly second nature.
this is a great idea when you think about it You get distracted with all you have to do. There are also some senior moments , I need to post my goals every where I need to. Also in the car. What do I need to do every day something very important for me which is exercise for my legs to be able to walk . I was supposed to go to the gym even if for a short time.. Very Important.
