Just the inspiration I needed today. You did it. I'm only 150lbs and I been wanting to loose 15 lbs for the past 2years. I challenge myself to reach that goal by Dec 12 of this year. I ran at least 3 miles a day 4days a week but my eating habit sucks. Because of you I going to recdedicate my self and put in the work. You look great and your family is lovely. Good for you!
Thank you for sharing your journey. Lately, I've been wanting to use the excuse of being too busy to really focus on a steady healthy lifestyle. I am on Spark, but I've not been giving it my all.
