Umami - both husband and wife are still very much spark members. If you really want to pursue you can look at their spark pages and also directly message them if you want. Many people do manage to stay on track and even those that don't can still bring an empowering and motivation to others ... I think they did a great job!!!
So....are you still on SparkPeople? They featured this video on you, but I guess they are just re-hashing again? A lot of people lose weight, get fit, then.........disappear. Or regain. I guess I'm initially inspired, then kind of irritated by this common type of re-posting by SP. (Not _your_ fault: you just signed up to let them use you as content...)

Today is 28 days that my hubby and I have been going to the gym to walk the treadmill and the Recumbent bike. We are supporting each other and losing weight in the process. We do 30 minutes per day and enjoying every moment.
