That is an incredible story, my husband and I recently lost a dear friend. He wanted to tell the same story you told; each time he tried he was pushed back further. We started going to a gym together; they discover heart issues. Heart is stronger, we start gym again: he starts having pain and the area spread from his back to front. Doctor tells him he has to stop going to the gym, you have a tumor. Doctor Ducker, and a surgeon confirm the tumor is benign. Everyone is happy and were looking forward to recovery and returning to the gym. After a few months, his spirits are high and he's ready to move on with exercise and weight loss. We went to the doctors, he got approval to return to the gym just take it slow. That night he called and asked us to take him to the hospital, he never returned home. They said he had fluid behind his heart they couldn't empty the fluid fast enough. I wish we had found SP for him, he would have had more than just us (who don't know a lot, I've found out) for support. You're an incredible person, and I thank you for sharing; we know our friend could have done it too :)

Thank you so much for sharing. You are doing a great job! Wow! What an encouragement you are. Keep up the good work!
Way to go. Remember the turtle and hare story? No matter how slow that turtle seemed to go on his journey he did not focus on the hare speed but only on his own. He kept the faith and continued on. He won in the end. You continue on with your eyes on the goal, your perfect weight! You are worth it!
