Thank you thank you! I have always wondered what the blocks were used for. I am flexible, but can still see the benefit in the blocks. Great video!

Thanks. I've been wondering is this is something I needed to add to my home gym. It seems like it isn't 100% necessary at the moment. Thanks for the info.

I never heard of these before, but I do not do yoga. Intriguing. Maybe I'll try yoga... although I guess I don't know where to get started.

I have two foam blocks. I didn't want to spend the extra money for cork or wood, but I was also afraid the foam would break down. I've had them over 15 years, and they are still in fine shape.

A great investment. I also have a foam wedge to tuck under my bottom to keep my pelvis aligned in seated poses.

I have fairly short arms even for my 5 foot tall frame, the yoga block helps me achieve the intended stretch in some poses by giving me that extra little boost, when I was shopping for my yoga mat I only bought one, but I plan to go back and get another, also a band.

I never get tired of watching and listening to coach Nicole. She does a great job of describing and demonstrating exercises.

Video attempted to load, then it just disappeared. Anybody got any idea why?

I have effectively blocked yoga for 6+ decades now...and I've managed that without even resorting to a yoga block!

By waiting a bit, and shopping around, I was able to get a cork brick/block on sale for less than $10, cheaper than some foam bricks! And I've seen foam ones on sale as well. Even "used" ones can be bought cheaply - if you are squeamish about "germs", just scrub it gently with mild soap and water (cork or foam).

This was a great video. I never knew what blocks were for,. I will be adding them into my work out now as a great aide.

I loved the video that explained when and why you would use them. I have always chosen to not use them in yoga, but will reconsider.
