I really wish there was a way to customize the meal plans. If a person is working with a nutrition pro, the Spark-made plans may not match the recommendations. I guess I'm stuck using a non-Spark method for my meal planning. :(

I use the meal plan that you give but I would like to change a meal permanently. Like Vegetarian Egg(white) Foo Young; Vegetable Fried Rice (directions). I don't want this on my plan. I don't like it. Is there any way I can remove or change it permanently?
Looking to edit daily goal for Carbs Protein and Fat. My mother is diabetic and daily recommended carbs has increased her glucose readings. Per the FAQs Note: Manually changing your calorie range will NOT automatically change your nutrient goals for carbs, fat and protein. They will still be based on the calorie range we provided to you unless you choose to edit them yourself.

I wish you had a "search" button. However, regarding measurements, I've tried to weigh and it is limited to serving, oz, cups and some times grams. I might have had a hole cup of something and it only offers "serving". The flexibility is limiting.
I know I am not computer savvy, but I have typed in a food as many as 8 times and it does not set the word. Other times it has worked fine. Therefore it looks like I have skipped meals or records only two of several items. I am sure it is my fault, but can you give me some pointers? Grammap1

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I would like to change the nutrition tracker columns. Right now, it has Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fibre and Fat. I would like to have Calories, Carbs, Sodium, Fat, Caffeine. Is there any way I can customize this?
