This was so fun...I am not able to "run" or bounce so much but I just kept the basic move going when they did something I felt unready for. It was super easy and the moves remind me of my 80's upbringing. More like this please!

I agree with Julia75 this is the most poorly executed video I have ever done. I do it because of the length of video on occasion but modify the heck out of it. Really don't like definitely not good for beginner.

I just finished this and am out of breathe! A great workout...had trouble with some of the moves but did good overall. Now I can only get better!

I enjoyed it. I have never done Bollywood dance before and it was very, very hard!! I had really modify the workout but I did the 16 minutes. Good fun!!!

I love the actual workout but the woman making the commentary is totally useless! She is out of sync with what is going on and doesn't help you to prepare for moves. Sack her, get someone who knows their stuff next time - would make for a much safer workout too.
