This was a really fun workout. Amazing how much it could make you sweat after just 16 minutes. They did a new class similar this where I workout at work and I looked like an expert!

I just played this video so I could get an idea of the steps before trying it out. My two daughters (aged 3 and 4) were right behind me doing the dance and guess what? They finished the entire routine and seemed to have so much fun!

I had a lot of fun! Even though there was quite a bit of jumping it was still a great workout.

It was too much jumping for me, too, but I just didn't hop ... I always march in place if a move is too much and I don't know how to do a lower impact version. I loved the "waltz" move even if it was a count of four and not three. :) I could do that at a high intensity where some of the other higher intensity moves were too much. Wonderful fun!
