I just finished this and am out of breathe! A great workout...had trouble with some of the moves but did good overall. Now I can only get better!

I enjoyed it. I have never done Bollywood dance before and it was very, very hard!! I had really modify the workout but I did the 16 minutes. Good fun!!!

I love the actual workout but the woman making the commentary is totally useless! She is out of sync with what is going on and doesn't help you to prepare for moves. Sack her, get someone who knows their stuff next time - would make for a much safer workout too.

I really loved doing cardio in my bare feet, Bollywood Cardio Workout rocks! - 16 min and I was really sweating. Did it twice and clicked on calories counted to have them recorded on my fitness tracking. Looking forward to getting all the hops in, but marching in place for now on some. Great Job!

It has potential to be a fun workout but it's hard to follow. Seemed like audio didn't match movements. Don't think I'll repeat this one :-(

No. I threw it halfway through - not because it was too hard, not at all, but because it got to annoying. I've used dance videos before and there are really good ones that are fun and clever and actually help you to get stuff right (watch Island Girl Workouts for comparison). This doesn't. It's little things adding up:

The very first step is thrown at you without a word of explanation, and with the video not even showing the feet so you can see it.

"If it's too much hopping you know what to do! Just take care of yourself!" - what?!? That is a bland, meaningless, one-size-fits-all sentence that doesn't give me a clue as to what I should do right here, now, while trying to follow an exercise video with hops which scare my knees!

Around 3:50, a new arm movement is thrown in at full speed - that's surely great if you already now what you're supposed to do. When you're trying to pick it up, it's frustrating.

Basically: A very fit, perky women doing what's she's very good at with sequins and flouncy shirts thrown it to make it exotic.

The exercise videos made by Sparkpeople are way better.

This was a really fun workout. Amazing how much it could make you sweat after just 16 minutes. They did a new class similar this where I workout at work and I looked like an expert!
