I am 67 years old and a survivor of Guillain Berre Syndrom (GBS) an auto-immune disease that left me unable to do normal daily task for many months. I still have very poor balance, so I love the exercises that can be done while sitting or holding onto a chair. I have only been on SP since the beginning of the year so still exploring the verious offerings. Can you point me to other exercises geared more to the over 60 (senior) group that can be done sitting or using some other means of support for balance.
