I'll have to try this. I sit at a high desk all day, so my knees are really fatigued at the end of the day. Hopefully this will help with the stiffness and aches that come after a long shift.

This is a great workout for desk-bound people. It targets a part of the upper leg that nothing else I have been doing reaches. Thanks!

Something to think about while working on the computer after my students leave.

I would like dvd of chair exercises. How can I order them?

These exercises will be very helpful.

I am 260lbs and I found this excercise very hard. I had to hold onto the chair with both hands and my upper body was not still while I did this excercise. It looks easier when watching the video. I will keep trying it though, the more I practice the better.

tic! Fits in between all my "busy moments" here at the computer! Thank you.

I would like more exercises for those of us who can't get down on the floor because of knee, back, hip issues. Thanks!

I am really thrilled to try these leg exercises. I have both knees replaced, and my left hip total replaced. I am right now recuperating Arthroscopy/ torn rotator cuff surgery. I begin rehabilitee tomorrow. It has been 3 weeks since surgery and I am getting discouraged with my limitations where the Doctor told me the recuperation from this type of surgery could take up to 6 months before I get full use back in my arm. But as I can see there are plenty of simple exercises I can be doing during my recouperation.

I am 67 years old and a survivor of Guillain Berre Syndrom (GBS) an auto-immune disease that left me unable to do normal daily task for many months. I still have very poor balance, so I love the exercises that can be done while sitting or holding onto a chair. I have only been on SP since the beginning of the year so still exploring the verious offerings. Can you point me to other exercises geared more to the over 60 (senior) group that can be done sitting or using some other means of support for balance.

I'm going to do this while at work. Sitting and taking calls makes me feel stiff and sore. I need to move around a little.
