I'll have to try this. I sit at a high desk all day, so my knees are really fatigued at the end of the day. Hopefully this will help with the stiffness and aches that come after a long shift.

I am 260lbs and I found this excercise very hard. I had to hold onto the chair with both hands and my upper body was not still while I did this excercise. It looks easier when watching the video. I will keep trying it though, the more I practice the better.
