I am 67 years old and a survivor of Guillain Berre Syndrom (GBS) an auto-immune disease that left me unable to do normal daily task for many months. I still have very poor balance, so I love the exercises that can be done while sitting or holding onto a chair. I have only been on SP since the beginning of the year so still exploring the verious offerings. Can you point me to other exercises geared more to the over 60 (senior) group that can be done sitting or using some other means of support for balance.

I'm going to do this while at work. Sitting and taking calls makes me feel stiff and sore. I need to move around a little.

i am recovering from foot surgery and have been elevating my leg for 2 months, using crutches. i feel like i gained weight, and these exercises are very easy to do, even when i am recovering. thanks

I currently have my main job as a phone agent. In front of the computer all day....on a leash. I'm always looking for new ways to get my muscles to burn!!
