Coach Nicole, I had umbilical hernia surgery a year ago and i want to get my tummy down but I am scared to do anything strenuous. I dont want a recurrence of the problem since the doctor told me that I had very weak tummy muscles and back muscles and that is why it happened in the first place. I am 48 years old and I dont like exercise. I have a stationary bike. What can i do please since I dont want to feel awful and fat all the time.
Wish you had some videos had modifications when we cannot put weight on our wrists and or have shoulder injuries so cannot press or put weight on our joints
