Hi @CMARIEM. I had the same problem for a very long time. The trick for me was clicking "Ctrl" and "-" at the same time to minimize the zoom of your window. If you use Internet Explorer, there may also be a zoom dropbox at the bottom right corner for you to select 75% rather than 100%.

I hope this works. You would think moving the horizontal scroll bar would bring it up, but for some reason it doesn't. Sparkpeople can't be 100% perfect though. :P

@CMARIEM - Look all the way to the left-hand menu. There's a vertical bar with many options--share on facebook, pin to pinterest, tweet, etc. The second to the bottom is a little heart that says save. (It took me a while to find it, too!)

Ksep2013, the second move is called the Donkey Kick. We do them all the time in fit camp.

I cannot do the first exercise because of a bad left knee but the second exercise went well. Need to concentrate on form and keeping the abs tight.

Does anyone know what the second exercise is called? All I could figure out is maybe a "Kneeling Leg Lift" or something like that. I know one thing: Both of them work! Oh, my, goodness! Thanks, Coach Nicole!

Thanks for the simple exercise during tv commercials. Did 18 reps today of the lunges and 15 of the other ones. Whew!!

Coach Nicole, I had umbilical hernia surgery a year ago and i want to get my tummy down but I am scared to do anything strenuous. I dont want a recurrence of the problem since the doctor told me that I had very weak tummy muscles and back muscles and that is why it happened in the first place. I am 48 years old and I dont like exercise. I have a stationary bike. What can i do please since I dont want to feel awful and fat all the time.

Wish you had some videos had modifications when we cannot put weight on our wrists and or have shoulder injuries so cannot press or put weight on our joints
