I cannot do this exercise because I have Osteoarthritis in the knees and can barely walk with my right leg. I have an electric wheel chair at work to get around the school that I teach in therefore this form of exercise in not good for me.

I am 69 years young and find this to be difficult. I have a condition called COCCYDYNIA and that is a pain in the tailbone when sitting down. So far nothing helped this condition . I tried this exercise but balance is difficult . I have been holding on to the edge of my desk for stability and so far this video is REALLY helping to reduce the Pain. Om Gosh. WooHoo way to go Coach Nicole THANKS. I must try to do this often in the day. The other one is more difficult but I will incorporate it in to my daily stretches. PAT in Maine.

not good at the lunges but the other one is easy enough. My balance with the lung is a mess not to mention my knees are 47 yrs old .LOL :)
