On the 28 day Challenge, this was the only workout I found IMPOSSIBLE to do even when trying to modify the "modified" version. I so want to see those ladies strap on 50-100 pounds of weight (with corresponding girth) and do these exercises.

This was harder than difficult. A person would have to be in supreme physical shape, not to mention younger than 35. Why is it included in a challenge that is basically "moderate" with all other days? I would feel like I failed if I hadn't done other core work for the same amount of time.
This isn't as easy as it looks. Who can do this if they have any weight to lose, like me. If you are going to show exercises make sure that they are for beginners because this one is certainly not for beginners as it claims to be.
I tried this video. Although I couldn't do all of the moves I thought it was cool to see different exercises than normal. However, it was a bit discouraging because I am not all that flexible. I think I would come back to this workout after I have lost more weight and gained some flexibility. Today it wasn't empowering to finish it at all.

Love this workout even though I'm too out of shape to complete each move properly. Hope to improve soon!!
