Great alternate to crunches, boy did that kill my hip on the ground during those twist moves where you bring your feet in the air. Had to add some padding under my hip :p

This is hard on the lower back. Not good for those with back problems. Stick to Yoga or Pilates for a low-impact pm the back.

I do believe this is a good abs workout, but definitely an intermediate workout not a beginner. This was way hard and hard on my neck. I could do with modifications half way through and got up to the pulling yourself up from a lying flat position and said ok forget this for now. Maybe one day. I can just barely do a plank with Nicole and the variations she uses. I will save it to my favs and keep trying though.

OK this was my first time, it felt pretty good! I would like the camera to include the modified person's movements more. There's no way I can do "full strength" right now! I'll try this again.
