I do believe this is a good abs workout, but definitely an intermediate workout not a beginner. This was way hard and hard on my neck. I could do with modifications half way through and got up to the pulling yourself up from a lying flat position and said ok forget this for now. Maybe one day. I can just barely do a plank with Nicole and the variations she uses. I will save it to my favs and keep trying though.
Holy crapoly! I thought I was gonna die. But I survived it! Had to use the modifications for the sit-up type exercise, but I can see myself doing this one frequently and one day being able to keep up!

Wow! I am impressed I thought you really needed over 20 minutes of intense workout to feel the burn. But, this 10 minute core routine really showed me. I was not able to hold the weight of my own hips up. They were so heavy I can't believe it; no need for extra weight my own weight is a challenge. I love it and I'm definately going to make this part of my workout routine.
