Looking forward to trying the workout. I have been getting into a lot of yoga lately just to relieve my stiffness and inflexibility. Although I'm new to yoga most of the time my practice is very relaxing.
So,I actually read all the comments and watched this one through before giving it a try. I did the first 6 mins before calling it in and going outside to walk and back later to do my usual sun salutations and a series of poses I've added to my practice called 'yoga for bartenders' to stretch out all those kinks and what not that throwing a party every night for a living gets ya. I'm not a fan of this one nor would I do it again but I didn't want to let myself get caught up in the more negative experiences/comments that were part of what I'd read. I've practiced yoga since high school and for me that means at every weight along the way from a size 12 to 32 since I just saw my 39th birthday and I've got to say that even with only doing 6 mins of this video I still learned something. Skinnygirl makes the comment about not having sharpei neck to keep one's head in the proper alignment during the practice. I LOVE that visualization. It really does make me check myself during my practice because of course I hear it in her voice in the back of my mind so it gets my attention when I feel my neck wrinkling up out of alignment!
