this workout was totally doable and fun. However, I agree with the other commenters that the well trained skinny models are not something I can relate to.

Please offer easier workouts for those of us with limited mobility - that is part of the reason we have weight issues...so showing instructors that are in perfect shape, doing the workouts at a fast pass does not motivate - it only adds to our frustration and sadness... Maybe just have a video for those of us who are older and/or have back and knee issues and severe arthritis...
Finally, a work out that even I can do. Spark People generally posts work outs that I can't do at my age and with my disabilities. I wish Spark People would show work outs with an instructor leading much heavier people, People who really can't walk or run, people with severe arthritis and knee problems. It's one of the reasons I don't follow Spark People much anymore. You can eat right all you want but if you can't exercise you aren't going to lose much.
Challenged a Spark friend to this and so far we've been doing it. It's a perfect work out for my in between Jazzercise and walk/ jog days. I really like it. Do need to have good balance, and (for me) 5 lbs weights are too heavy for this video (she says that), so I grabbed a couple cans from my pantry and boom. This arm one, and the better butt work out w/ coach Nicole are current favorites for me. It makes for a perfect over all routine. Thanks! Happy Friday! :)
