Challenged a Spark friend to this and so far we've been doing it. It's a perfect work out for my in between Jazzercise and walk/ jog days. I really like it. Do need to have good balance, and (for me) 5 lbs weights are too heavy for this video (she says that), so I grabbed a couple cans from my pantry and boom. This arm one, and the better butt work out w/ coach Nicole are current favorites for me. It makes for a perfect over all routine. Thanks! Happy Friday! :)

Great workout... very difficult for an old lady who is out of shape, but I did most of it and only really modified the floor part.

Not exactly what I was expecting. As a former dancer, I was expecting it to be more of a barre workout (not the new term of barre workout) where we would do more legs. But as I type this, I am sweating, so obviously it got my heart rate up!
