Pretty tough workout, especially for people who are just beginning or have a high BMI. I found it frustrating trying to figure out modifications.

I liked this workout but thought it was pretty hard there were some parts I couldn't do very well if at all . I felt a bit sore directly afterwards I think its because I haven't used my dumbells in a while.

Daaaaaang. That was crazy. I'm sweating!

Definitely hard. I couldn't do any of it properly and it was really really fast. But I'm glad! This is one of those workouts you get better each time you do it. I like it this way because I can track my progress by how much better I get.

I thought it was to fast. there was no warm up. I would not recommend this video to anyone just starting out trying to lose weight.

OMG--I hated it! I had the volume as high as it could go, and could barely hear the instructions, which were often said much too fast to catch. I'll stay far away from any "Barre" workouts or any videos with this instructor. I hope this will be taken out of the 28-day challenge in future.

I'm 78 years young (lol) and I am puffing but I feel good. I managed to follow fairly close to the three ladies in this video....but only for 15 minutes. I'll be back for more another day!

Wow, this is excellent. Difficult for me now but this is one I can progress with given time. I love the controlled movement. Thanks for posting this!

I feel very tight in my stomach muscles. I don't do well with floor workouts so I just kept moving until I could do the others. I'm sure I will be feeling it in the morning.

This workout was really hard on my back. I did most of it but couldn't do the legwork lying on the floor. I feel like I got a good workout and will be feeling it tomorrow.
