I only watched the first 4-5 minutes and it was not anything to do with "barre" that I recall from years of dance. Undoubtedly a good cardio workout, but for those looking for something relating to dance and barre, this isn't it. VERY fast paced, too, so dangerous if you don't have great control and perfect form as it'd be easy to get off balance. I guess that's why it's "advanced". I missed seeing the lyricism and strength and control of a true barre exercise. This is not for me!

I agree with others, the video doesn't play well, stops and starts, jagged play.... can that be fixed?

This should really say advanced and mention that it's cardio for several minutes before it ever gets to the arms. I just wanted something for sculpting the upper body and the title is misleading about that.

I loved this video, but I spent 60 minutes in this because the video wasn't warking. It stopped like a million times. Really disappointed :(

As a former professional ballerina I thought I should point out that no one in the dance world actually uses weights and does anything more than cardio and stretching outside the studio. We especially do not want bulky (ie. muscular) arms, so this is kind of unrealistic to assume we would do this....we don't want any bulk!
