I liked this workout but thought it was pretty hard there were some parts I couldn't do very well if at all . I felt a bit sore directly afterwards I think its because I haven't used my dumbells in a while.

Definitely hard. I couldn't do any of it properly and it was really really fast. But I'm glad! This is one of those workouts you get better each time you do it. I like it this way because I can track my progress by how much better I get.
OMG--I hated it! I had the volume as high as it could go, and could barely hear the instructions, which were often said much too fast to catch. I'll stay far away from any "Barre" workouts or any videos with this instructor. I hope this will be taken out of the 28-day challenge in future.
