This is exactly what I've been needing to add to my exercise repertoire! The video got "stuck" the first time but played straight thru on the next try. Having now done a bit of research on it, I'll almost certainly be getting a qigong dvd asap. Thanks!
I am just recovering from a bad attack of sciatica, 3 weeks I could not walk and was in horrible pain. I can not stand to do these, but did them from my chair and really felt positive about them. I am adding them to my daily work out.
I injured my shoulder a few years ago and these types of exercises were the only thing that helped my shoulder. I can now lift it over my head. It also is the best for resting the mind. I'd forgotten how much I loved them.
