This is an amazing video. I've been trying to introduce more Eastern exercises like this and tai chi and yoga. And already I feel the difference. I'm more patient and happy and the arthritis in my knees is so much more bearable. Not to mention the fact that they're more limber now. Definitely going to have to keep this one going!

I do Qi gong twice a week with an instructor. We do the white crane form among many others. I enjoy this very much. Have been doing this for 6 years.
