Been doing Qi Gong and Tai Chi for almost 10 years now. Highly recommended. However, lesson was wrong. When standing, weight should be more on the heels and inside of the foot, NOT the balls of the feet. Much better balance.
I purchased this DVD after doing this 15 minute version faithfully for months. The DVD is awesome. The complete cooling workout that's featured here gives the most incredible sense of healing and peace.
