I love QiGong / Tai Chi, I have the full dvd of this but it is too much for my hips to do the full 1/2 hour seeing as I have osteoarthritis. This 15 minutes of it is great!

This is an amazing video. I've been trying to introduce more Eastern exercises like this and tai chi and yoga. And already I feel the difference. I'm more patient and happy and the arthritis in my knees is so much more bearable. Not to mention the fact that they're more limber now. Definitely going to have to keep this one going!
