First time I've tried anything like this. The soothing music and beautiful scenic background was very calming. The instructor's voice was mellow and his instructions were clear. He was very helpful in describing how we should be moving and feeling through out each session. Thank you for a new experience. I will definitely keep this in my favorites and do it each night before retiring. It helps to clear my mind and relaxes my body before trying to go to sleep. I will definitely look into trying more Qi Gong Routines. By the way, I'm over 62, with bad knee and chronic back pain, and I really enjoyed the whole routine!

Loved this routine. Did it first thing in the morning, and it really opened me up - energy, back, breathing, and muscles. Will try the suggestion about doing this when my muscles are tired. Have been doing yoga for 20 years, but never tried this. Will do it again.
