I agree with above posts. I really liked seeing how the blocks can be used perhaps a video focused on adaptations?

I did enjoy the video workout. I was concerned about the alignment of both instructors. Also, I agree that it would be helpful to see the modifications/variations while also watching the full move being presented by the instructor.
DId this video and loved it but went by way too fast. Before I knew it the video was done.

This is a wonderful fusion workout. I do have a big problem with the modified moves being out of the picture most of the time. It seems like you could have the leader & as for the 2 people behind her, 1 person doing the full workout & the other person doing the modified version. My sister won't even try this version showing modified only occasionally, and I feel this is sad for I think she would benefit from this. Thank you.
Another agreement with the comments about the level of this. Even an advanced 'yogi' wouldn't immediately touch the floor and hold that position and do a torso/hip stretch without warming up/doing preparatory poses! Love these short videos, though!
This is a great video! I really enjoyed it! It worked even for my level of a beginner with 20 kg of extra weight and more than 20 years since my last yoga class. Of course, I was not perfect in some exercises but this program is doable and gives a very good stretching.
