Def not beginner. Hard on the knees. The modifications are not shown very well, have to really look for the person doing them and then they could be modified more.

I enjoyed this work out. I would like to see more.

I don't think the average beginner can comfortably do all aspects of this workout. They don't show the modifications very well. It also using weights as well - not stated in write-up. And yes, it is quite hard on the knees. I will use it as a goal to get to and not something I should add to my routine right now.
If I even tried this, I'd need a crane to get back up again. Also, if there are modifications, please show them. Don't rapidly pan the camera across and then go back to the regular or advanced positions. How to get lost in one quick, easy lesson.

More like I do, I meant.

Try Just My Size Yoga on YouTube. It is split in 3 parts so be sure and get them all. I love this beginners routine with an instructor that looks more like Indo!
Enjoyed this. Nice routine to do after my walk to get everything stretched out, plus a little bonus strength training.

I agree. I am tired of seeing'beginner' fitness videos with people who are already in good shape, I am not. I am 35 pounds overweight and although I don't consider myself a beginner, my weight prevents me from doing more advanced moves. I love the video but it is definitely not for the beginner.
Would love to try but can not be on knees hurts way to much.

problem....they only show the beginning pose half the time....it went okay since I watched the video before attempting....but if I hadn't would have missed some moves as their was no vocalization only video
I love that beginner, intermediate and advanced are all shown. I'm 245 lbs. now (and was 368 when I had started )and have found that yoga & Th- Chi has helped with my balance to the point that I am getting away from using my cane. I haven't had to use it for 3 weeks now. I'd been using one for over 7 yrs. I also have 2 long rods in my back. Don't be afraid to try something new and don't be surprised if one of these days you are doing intermediate or advanced positions. I am now walking proof that it helps in many ways....Also we all have limitations. Don't let it make you give up on yourself. You're worth the effort.
