I agree. I am tired of seeing'beginner' fitness videos with people who are already in good shape, I am not. I am 35 pounds overweight and although I don't consider myself a beginner, my weight prevents me from doing more advanced moves. I love the video but it is definitely not for the beginner.

Nice overall workout in a brief time period.

I can't do a lot of downward dogs due to wrist issues. This video only had a few and they were mostly transitional points.

problem....they only show the beginning pose half the went okay since I watched the video before attempting....but if I hadn't would have missed some moves as their was no vocalization only video

I enjoyed the stretch -- just went as far as I could with bending that back leg, and ditched the weights for the side plank.

I love that beginner, intermediate and advanced are all shown. I'm 245 lbs. now (and was 368 when I had started )and have found that yoga & Th- Chi has helped with my balance to the point that I am getting away from using my cane. I haven't had to use it for 3 weeks now. I'd been using one for over 7 yrs. I also have 2 long rods in my back. Don't be afraid to try something new and don't be surprised if one of these days you are doing intermediate or advanced positions. I am now walking proof that it helps in many ways....Also we all have limitations. Don't let it make you give up on yourself. You're worth the effort.

The only people I see doing these "beginner" videos are neither even slightly heavy nor are they anywhere near beginner. I would love to see a video where the extras are not body beautiful--muscular, toned, very slim.

I would love to see somebody obese like me trying to do this in the video. It was too hard. I could barely lift my body out of the floor to do the part with the weight (i decided to leave the weights for another occasion). I think I'll stick with something more beginner oriented and after a few months give this routine another try. :/

As a beginner, watching the person using the blocks and doing the modified movement was very helpful and encouraging.

Ok I tried again. Just before the point where it blipped (just as she is introducing the hip stretches) i fast-forwarded it a little with the curser on the timer and the rest of the video worked fine. This might work for others too....

Side plank push-ups holding a dumbell? Bahahahahahahah They make it look SO easy!

Looks really good, but stopped working several minutes in.....dissapointing.
