Although I love Bollywood in general, I found that this workout had very repetitive leg movements. I think the workout would be healthier and more interesting with a greater variety of lower body movements. I like the stretching sequences, although the first one seemed as if it would be long enough to get my heart rate down too low.
Loved this! Such a great way to wake up in the morning and the narrator was having fun with it, and was entertaining. I felt relaxed with her guidance and could have fun and not take myself too seriously.
I def gotta try this one today ... putting up my kids in a line with me to keep them busy ;o) It looks like working and stretching exactly the body i so badly need to "wake up" and get moving every single morning.
