Love this ... I haven't done a Kathy Smith video in a long time. This was perfect. I didn't feel like working out and this got me motivated.

I've heard of Kathy Smith before but never actually seen any of her dvds ... so glad to see this video here on SP because it definitely looks like something that I can do and something that will be very beneficial for me :)

I've been working out with Kathy Smith videos since they were VHS. She is motivating, and her routines keep you interested and they are fun! Thanks SparkPeople for acquainting the Spark Family with Kathy Smith.

oh my! thanks for reacquainting me with Kathy Smith. she is terrific and I can't believe I forgot about her! Used to have several of her tapes! Am off to the library for her dvds!

I don't know what's wrong... but the videos continue to reload and sputter during the whole time which makes 20 min. last for an hour or more if you have the patience to wait that long. Not just this one, everyone I try to watch.... I'd love to use them in my day, but sadly I can't .

I enjoy this video, it makes me love to stretch. At 60 my arthritis makes me stiff, if I wake up with Kathy Smith it start my day on a roll. :-)

This video is great for a morning stretch. It helped loosen my joints and body and particularly helped with my shoulders.

I enjoyed this video with no crashes. Easy to follow even for someone with no coordination or flexibility. This is a good way to start off your day. Gentle enough for a totally out of shape 40 something grandma. Good beginner or light stretch routine.

I did enjoy this video but it did crash at around 17 minutes and I had to restart the video. Then I clicked to get my Sparkpoints and came back and could not get my calories burned.

I've done this workout so many times i can't count, I absolutely love it! Really helps lossen up and kickstart my stiff, achy Fibro & Lyme ridden body. I highly reccomend it to everyone, The instructer is magic, she has so much vibrant energy it really is contageous... have a go, you'll love it too :o)
9th November 2014 ~ The last few times i've tried to watch the video, it just doesn't work. A few weeks ago it started freezing half way through the video, and even the adds crashed, but now not even the adds load, and I'm having the same problems with other spark videos's too. My computer is okay, everything else works, including video's on other sites.... any ideas why these are failing???

I enjoy pilates and yoga a great deal, they really help with my body aches. This is a very doable video!

This is my new favorite stretching routine....stretches every part of your body...love it!
