Never did pilates and at 52 and 20 lbs overwieght it was doable. I felt good and want to continue at this level with the idea that I can advance to more difficult routines. This was a great beginners video, it really motivated me to use this twice a day

I'm getting back into my pilates/yoga workouts they help me with my fibromyalgia a great deal. It takes a bit like any exercise to see the benefits but you will feel them. This was quite good and gentle on the joints.
I had no issues playing the video and it does seem great for beginning fitness levels, but I don't think pilates is for me. I don't feel any challenge like with my cardio or traditional strength work outs. All these do is make me overthink breathing...
Well I only got 1:35 of this video then it just stopped working..but on the bright side I found a bunch of videos by Kristin McGee on youtube...i just search for the one we were trying to watch and found a bunch more....

Great video! Its getting me back on track to doing Pilates, which I love!
