Just did this video --- have to say it really gets your heart rate going --- when I first saw it I thought how much can sitting in a chair do for a workout --- all I have to say is WHEW. Good video Nicole and thanks.
Amazing at how great a workout one can get even while seated! This is perfect for those that are not use to regular exercise, who have arthritis, or just need to ease into a full cardio program. 11 minutes is a nice time frame as well. Not too long but yet not too short.
