I thought I'd try this seated workout cuz I was a little tired tonight but didn't want to skip exercising all together. I thought I'd be getting off easy sitting down. Boy was I wrong. In some ways I felt like I was working harder. Man, I'm out of shape. This one was a challenge. I'm not gonna assume next time just because I can sit that I can get off that easy. I give all of you guys with medical conditions Supreme Credit for doing this. I was ashamed of myself after reading some of your comments. It's a humbling experience to realize that there are others out there who have tougher challenges than I do. I have a new respect now and I am certainly gonna think twice when I feel like being lazy and skipping a routine. I pray for all of you to have success with reaching your weight loss goals no matter how big or how small. I've only been a member of the SP community for about a week and I've already been inspired so much. God bless you all.

Just had foot surgery, facing 6 weeks no weight bearing and found out just how out of shape I am. This 12 min cardo work out kicked my butt.... But it challenges me just the same. First goal... Keep moving (yes slow speed) with the instructor for the full 12 min. Thanks bunches this is going to be a life saver!! :) !!

I have 125 lbs to lose, have leg circulation problems and a degenerating lumbar disc that makes it incredibly difficult to do a lot of typical exercises (can't do anything that involves standing for more than 10 minutes or laying on my back or stomach). Even with that I didn't expect that this would feel like a workout...I was wrong. There are some of the exercises that I had to modify positioning a bit because of my back, but I was feeling the burn and was out of breath by the end of it. What did not hurt, however, was my back! Thank you so much!!!
Just want to thank you, Nicole. I have a few health problems, and you make it possible for me to exercise right now, by having seated exercise. I also appreciate that you make it clear that if needed it can be done in whatever way needed. Less or more.
