I'm not injured, but tried this as an "easy" cardio workout. Well now I know how uncoordinated I am. Can't kick out right leg and extend left arm at same time. NOT an easy workout for me. Really got the heart rate up too. Thanks.

Having both an injured shoulder and currently sprained ankle this work-out has been a lifesaver!! It has been three months since I have been able to run and this workout is just what I needed to fill that void while I recover. Thank you!
I am trying to do this video everyday for 5 days - today is only day 2 and it truly was great to feel exhausted. I sent a private message to someone experiencing a lot of pain. On the days that I have a lot of pain this helps me.
