I have a sever case of RA so my joints are in rough shape and my weight adds to that pain. So glad for this work out combined with some of the other stuff I do through out the day I am on the right fitness track!

Great to do as I recover from a broken ankle. Gets the heart rate up, and I can modify it to fit doctor's orders.

Did 2xtime cardio strates work out and Arm great work out , feel good for a 57 years old gal
I've been away from SP for 8 weeks recovering from surgery. Having a cast on my leg has kept me sedentary for too long. I was able to do this workout with some lower body modification. I was surprised how my heart rate increased. Please post more videos for folks with restricted movement/disabilities!
I have knee problems it prevents me from working out. I never thought I could get a real workout sitting on a chair. I WAS WRONG .

Please add more seated cardio! I am kind of banged up and my choices are limited but am working on moving more. I take a 10 min walk, 11 min Seated Cardio and 10 min spin on my Exercycle. I actually enjoy my 31 min workout, which is saying a lot, and although 31 min of exercise doesn't sound like much, it inspires me to move more throughout the day. Sparkpeople.com is the best thing ever; I downloaded your app and am on my way to a better life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
this was the perfect seated workout. got my heart rate up, enjoyed it and did not hurt my ankles and back

This is a great seated workout! I am stuck at my desk all day on Sundays and so I need something to still get my exercise in. I pair this one with the "9 Minute Seated Upper Body Workout" video. I usually walk around the building and use the stairwells during the week, but Sunday always gets neglected lol Thanks SparkPeople for this perfect workout!

Wow! Woke up yesterday with an ailing ankle (it happens out of the blue from when I fell down steps and sprained both ankles 9 years ago... and a pediatrician acquaintance told me this will happen most likely for the rest of my life... lots of icing and taking it easy). But signed up for the January Jumpstart... I could have started next week but wanted to keep today and was happy to find this exercise... I was able to move but no weight on the ankle! Yay!
