Thank you for having this video available to someone like me. I am currently on a downward spiral when it comes to my health and weight. I am struggling with mobility at this point in my life but want to try to become more active. This video is a real realistic starting point. So thank you for having it up and available. ;0)
Fabulous! My mobility is not limited but I am a student who is stuck in a chair for hours and hours and hours. Doing part of this workout is a great way to revitalize every 50-55 minutes. Great viddie!

I love this video and work out!!! I have done it for the last three mornings and it has kept me motivated all day long... thanks so much for putting these workouts out there for people who work all day at a desk...
