28 Day Bootcamp Week 2 Bonus Video Done!!! Wow.. was this a work out!!!! I'm dripping with sweat, and I was doing the lower intensity, modifications!!!! This is such a fun doable workout!!! I wish I'd found it earlier!!!! Only thing is I also wish she had a better back stretch after, all that sitting up is tiring, and stressful lol... Have fun peeps and keep Sparking!!!

This. 11 minute work it great. I think I would dothis every morning. I'm trying to get a routine or should I say into habit.
This is wonderful, now I have something to ease my restless leg syndrome while I am sitting at my office for more than 7 hours of the day besides just jostling my legs up and down to relieve the sensation. Thank you for this!
