I came across this site a few days ago and started the 11 minute chair cardio and this is my 4 th day. I had stopped walking and was very tired and all I wanted to do was lay in bed. So I started doing the chair exercises and I'm starting to feel better and have the desire to do things around the house and I even started to walk. Thank you I'm going to try and do this everyday this is my first step if I can keep motivated I will try other things that you have on your site again thank you

Also, any movement that sharply bends the base-of-toes joint gets very painful very fast--I will look through the rest of the videos to find something that will work for me.

Just started watching this; noticed very quickly that the "zero impact" is false--smacking the floor w/ the balls of my ruined feet is guaranteed misery. This might work very well for my very big husband whose feet are OK but knees are shot--I will get him to try it.

This was great, there is not many exercises that I can do but this was a total workout and I can do it. I have tried other sitting ones but could not keep up or handle them. Great workout.

Loveddd this!!! I can't believe the intensity. I was NOT expecting that! It only stop to buffer once, & I used that as a much needed break. This is my second workout today. I'm onto my 3rd wooohoo!!! Stay encourage fellow sparks!!!

I'm not injured, but tried this as an "easy" cardio workout. Well now I know how uncoordinated I am. Can't kick out right leg and extend left arm at same time. NOT an easy workout for me. Really got the heart rate up too. Thanks.

Having both an injured shoulder and currently sprained ankle this work-out has been a lifesaver!! It has been three months since I have been able to run and this workout is just what I needed to fill that void while I recover. Thank you!

good workout for someone who can't do alot of walking. Or for on those days when weather doesnt permit it.
