Re my comment of 9 June, as I am learning to position my body for a better technique, I find that the crunching is a little less pronounced. I guess that with more practice, I won't hear/feel is anymore. Keep on trucking!
Love this set also. When I do the exercise with weight from over your head diagonally to your toe, I hear 'crunching' from my shoulder blade, no pain, just crunching. Wondering if I'm doing it correctly or if I'm causing some damage to my cartilage. Has anyone else experience this?

This is a great video. I have been out of shape for several years now and this exercise video allows me to sit (am afraid of balance issues) and still get some exercise. I am up to two times a day with this one and hope to add another seated exercise soon.

This whole website has been fantastic for me. This exercise was great. I haven't worked out in a couple of months and I can feel where I have been slacking at, Thanks Nicole this was great. Will do again before bed with the family
