Good for me as a beginner. Used 2 lb weights and felt it in my arms. Thanks for the videos.

Looks easy...even after going from 3 kg (6 lbs) to 1.5 kg (3 lbs) still cannot finish all the reps. Love it! Remember to touch the buttons for Get Sparkpoints and Track Calories burned while logged in afterward.
