I was looking for a quick arm workout to do today during my lunch hour and this one worked perfect. I used 8 lb weights and that might have been a little too much but I did about half with the weight and half without. It was great. I am going to save this and try to do it more often to work on my upper body strength. Great office workout! :)
Loved it, but had to keep switching dumb bells as some were too difficult for 8#, and others they were no problem. Used 4# for those extending out from shoulder height and then sweeping up. Then switched back and forth between 6# and 8# for others. Thanks for a great start to my morning!

Excellent. Really loosened up my shoulders and arms.
I am recovering from an abdominal surgery and am only allowed to exercise from a chair to reduce strain to my abdominal muscles. Love this workout to help maintain some upper body strength while I recuperate! Loving all of the seated workouts, thanks for helping me feel like the next few months won't be 100 steps backwards!!!

Good upper body stretch. Had to modify exercise that leaned back in chair as that hurt my back but everything else was great. Definitely one of my favorite videos.

unfortunately these exercises are of little to no use for a lot of people in wheelchairs because of issues of balances. For example I am unable to sit forward in my chair and hold that position without leaning back. So I guess the benefits of these videos are lost on me
