Super workout for a beginner like me who wants to strengthen my arms. Using a two pound weight right now as just started this week, but hope to graduate to 5 lbs soon. Thank you sparkpeople for these workout videos.
Just want to say that the best bit I have found of all the videos I've watched so far is that there is NO horrible frenetic music. As soon as I hear music I have to turn it off because it just makes me too tense and irritated. I just love silence!
I love this video! If you're being a lazy butt you can still get a great arm work out in front of the TV or actually almost any where. Regarding Nicole on breathing properly, throughout the video she did mention it a number of times. ))
I injured my back recently and currently undergoing PT for the pinched nerve. I worked out heavily before and never imagined doing a chair workout. I was pleasantly surprised at how much of a workout I got from this video. This was my first real workout since before May 25th, the day of my injury. Highly recommended.
I've always avoided this video because I thought working out from a seated position would be too easy, but I decided to do it today because I twisted my ankle yesterday. It was A LOT harder than I expected! It's my new favorite SP video!
