This is a great video. I have been out of shape for several years now and this exercise video allows me to sit (am afraid of balance issues) and still get some exercise. I am up to two times a day with this one and hope to add another seated exercise soon.

This whole website has been fantastic for me. This exercise was great. I haven't worked out in a couple of months and I can feel where I have been slacking at, Thanks Nicole this was great. Will do again before bed with the family

Thanks Nicole this is perfect for the morning, I use my 5 lb weights and they prove to be just challenging enough ;-). Love all your videos!!

I didn't realize how hard this was - guess I'm more out of shape than I realized
I've been thinking it was time to move up to higher weights because some of my arm workouts are getting too easy... boy, I'm glad I tried a new workout, first! I had to back down to a smaller weight for this one--way to go, working it out! THANKS!!
This is a great workout! I recently had some physical therapy sessions for a rotator cuff strain in my right shoulder, and these exercises are perfect for building my strength back up with small hand weights.
