LIBRARYBOB, every other day is fine. You should not work the same muscles every day. I usually work on upper body one day, then lower body the next, then abs, then a day of complete muscle rest with just an easy walk. It's important to give muscles a day of rest to repair and rebuild.
I was looking for a quick arm workout to do today during my lunch hour and this one worked perfect. I used 8 lb weights and that might have been a little too much but I did about half with the weight and half without. It was great. I am going to save this and try to do it more often to work on my upper body strength. Great office workout! :)
