Great workout! I used 5 lb. weights and for me, that worked perfectly. I then did (without weights) 3 sets of the following circuit: 8 lunges (4 on each leg), 8 squats, and 15 calf raises using the wall for balance. This made it a 12 minute workout, as my current personal goal is at least 10 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Total body workout. Feel great!
I think this is generally a good arm/shoulder workout; would be very helpful if the "coach" would speak SLOWLY so the person watching could actually do and listen and watch at the same time! Not all folks looking at this will be 30 yrs and younger. Also should have a warning about shoulder injury and moving arms above 90 deg. Let's always be careful, yes? I've been a professional clinical massage therapist for 26 years and have seen a lot of hurt shoulders.
