People who are working intermediate and advanced already know how to increase the intensity. Beginners don't always know how to modify a high impact move to a low impact. It would be much more helpful to very briefly demonstrate the high impact, but then return to the low impact modifications. Perhaps you might consider a split screen. Other people have done this and it does help. I never do high impact and I had trouble just watching the video wondering how I was going to convert your high impact moves to low impact since you didn't show enough of the modifications to help. The lateral shuffle is a good example. How do you convert that to low impact?

Wow. I know I'm technically a beginner, but this very short video kicked my rump! More out of breath and sweaty than with the 10 minute kick-boxing video!

So frustrating this is the only video that digitizes and then I cannot see a picture. Sometimes I start and have to reload the video a couple of times, so technically my workout is a bit longer but it is frustrating. I have no idea but this video is the only one that does it, and it does it every time.

FaB video workout! - I love IT & 170 Calories burnt off in a short amount of time!

It would be FAB if all the videos listed the calories burnt in the info box, so I could choose the high calorie burners in advance.

I was out of breath, However, my heart was racing and I felt like i had a workout. I am still am sweating 15 minutes later. I am excited on trying some other videos. Day one Yes... Excited.

Ahhh, I'm so out of shape! But this was just short enough that I didn't give up on Day 1. Hopefully in four weeks I'll be able to do this without dying.

I did this workout but left out the jumping. My knees hurt and cant do jumping but other than that, it was a good workout.

Good video, but I modify, leaving out the jumping. Took me a year to get over plantar fasciitis, so I'm not going to invite it back.

My biggest problem was balance, I never knew I was so bad. I will keep this up just to be able to compare the now with the end result.
