This was a great beginner video not much, just enough to get your heart pumping.

Great "no excuses" workout and good warmup for when I get my exercise habit back. Super easy to follow and coach Nicole gives you modifications right when you need them. Can easily find 8 minutes to do this for a warm-up or just making sure you do _something_ to get moving today!
Had to do lots of mods for my level, but still worked up a good sweat. Will definitely be using this again. Even outside of the January challenge.
I love this workout. I think I can do it. The instructer makes it look so doable. I will start in the morning. I'm even thinking (heavens forgid!) that I might get up 30 minutes earlier on work days and start doing this. Crazy isn't it?
