Great except for lifting both legs at once....that pulls me right off the chair! Had to brace against the computer desk with my hands. I could do it sitting back in the chair and lifting the legs straight out.

Great workout I was only able to do half the video for my first try. After a while I found it hard to do the leg lifts after a few try. My belly kept getting in the way. I will try the other half tonight.

Nicole has a great video workout there, back feels great, felt it in my stomach, only problem was bending the right knee, since my injury. I can only get it up so far, but did what I could

Nicole, after working at my computer desk for about two hours, I was pleasantly surprised at how much better I felt after completing only 12 minutes of exercise, and doing it while seated. You made my day!

Enjoyed this Nicole. nice thing to do when you are in the office. Would also be good for 'wake up' activity with a class!!!!

Nicole: I do the Exhale hold core in-and-up, then Inhale and release at long traffic lights...keeps from getting don't have to 'just sit'. Thanks for the detailed instructions!

This is a perfect cubicle exercise! I have quite the seditary job, so anything I can get is great! Plus Nicole is an excellent instructor.
