Great basic core workout! Just what I needed. I'm 3 days into healing a sprained ankle and am determined to keep my fitness level up without re-injuring my ankle.

3 days into doing seated exercises & I can feel the change in muscles already. Doing seated stretches, seated, core & seated cardio. Back before illness & injuries left me very de-conditioned, I would scoff at these simple little exercise for such a short period of time. Now, I consider them stealth! Simple, subtle, and short but getting results for sure. If you can't start with anything else, start with these.

"This is great" 12 minutes is VERY do-able! I call these "stealth exercises" - deceptively subtle and simple, but you get results.

Seems like a lot of positive reviews, but for me, the routine was too easy & seemed more like a waste of time. I have been totally sedentary for 10 years, have suffered a tremendous amount of muscle wasting, and have low iron & B12, so with how unhealthy I am and still find it not challenging, I'd have to say it wasn't good, although I realize any movement is actually an improvement for me.
