There should be a save button on the left side of the article or video that has like facebook like, pin it and so forth. There is one that says Save with a heart i believe. If you click that it will save your video on sparkpeople.com. :) hope that helps.
This is a good workout. I haven't tried yet but it is on my saved list. :)

Good one! I keep thinking, Coach Nicole is trying to kill me, but I can do more and in better and better form over time.
Attempted to count this a second day on my Fitness Tracker/ Count Calories Burned and the system would not work for me. Is that the norm? Can you only count it once? Even though you do the workout the next day and so forth?Just wondering?
I've been looking for a good, short ST video that doesn't mix it with aerobics. This one does the trick. I can't do the push-ups b/c of my arthritic knees (substituted wall push-ups), but everything else is challenging but doable.
