Good video but way too rushed. You can't get good strength training of your muscles by rushing through the exercises. I realize it was meant to be a short workout, but you would have been better off doing less exercises and going slower.

Terrific combination of moves! HOWEVER, according to fitness guidelines you should never work with locked elbows and straight arms. Work with a soft bend to remove stress from your shoulders and elbows and direct focus to tight muscle. Also, at the end of the workout, do not sit on your ankles. Try a seated position.

As a retired Granny with "wings "....I am interested in these exercises...I need to know wt for the dumbbells and how many repertions for each exercise ......to begin and build up to so not to hurt myself Lmhutch 99
