Thought this is a really great workout, my only other comment, is Nicole did not mention warming up the muscles before doing these exercises, thought that odd.

You could change this up and do it without being on your knees. The back ones can be done with you facing the back of the chair. I have knee problems too.

could not do the parts on the knees. I thought it would actually be a seated exercise will keep looking for something not on the knees
