Coach Nicole you are awesome. I need a good cardio routine but I am not coordinated enough for some of the classes around here. I just love the kickboxing routine. I can't finish it yet but I WILL ! Thanks, Sandy
Thank you Coach Nicole! I cannot wait to go home and try this workout. I have wanted to take a kickboxing class but am too embarassed about my weight and coordination but not anymore ....... I am doing this starting today!
I love this! I Was so worried that I wouldn't be coordinated enough but the instruction and slow motion of the new steps helps me keep up. This a very fun video that is completely doable. I have RA and there are very few moves that I had troubles with.

This was a fun workout! The roundhouse kick (I think?) was a bit tough as I'm fairly uncoordinated, but I really liked the rest! Thanks, Coach Nicole! ^^
Just a tip to all those advancing fitness lovers, this video can easily be adapted to make it more challenging by adding weighted hand gloves, or just good ol' fashioned weights [add weight/repeat, to suit your personal fitness level.]
I just did this work out and it was great- short but I still got a sweat. Plus I love that you can make it easier or harder depending on your personal fitness level! Some days I can do more intense, others I need to baby my shoulder or knee. This is very adaptable!
