I did this video this morning & man what a great workout and even though i couldn't do the last two workouts on the floor i just did high leg lift marching, just to keep moving & keep my heart rate up. Im slow getting back into the game of exercising again but the important part is that im doing it. Thank You coach Nicole for your time & your passion for fitness.

This is my first workout and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I look forward to more video's and losing weight with the help of others!
