I have just done this during my cardio work out for the first time and I am seriously impressed!
I managed my 30 mins cardio with a kick boxing 'sandwich' - 10 minute kickboxing - 10 minute bootcampt kick boxing (this one) - repeat 1st 10 minute kick boxing.
By the end of it I am seriously tired, but happy! And it is the first time I have managed more that 20 minutes.

I'm disabled and though and though I worked out daily before my illness have been unable to for the past 5 years! I have lived 4 years longer than given and am ready to start easing back into working out. I always loved kickboxing and although with some adjustments this video was great for me! I'm so excited and ready to continue with more. :)
Coach Nicole you are awesome. I need a good cardio routine but I am not coordinated enough for some of the classes around here. I just love the kickboxing routine. I can't finish it yet but I WILL ! Thanks, Sandy
Thank you Coach Nicole! I cannot wait to go home and try this workout. I have wanted to take a kickboxing class but am too embarassed about my weight and coordination but not anymore ....... I am doing this starting today!
I love this! I Was so worried that I wouldn't be coordinated enough but the instruction and slow motion of the new steps helps me keep up. This a very fun video that is completely doable. I have RA and there are very few moves that I had troubles with.
