Thank you I was having a couple questions but this video answered them great!
Use a fitbit!
I hated mine. I threw it out
love my sparkpeople tracker
Oh wait...sorry I see ... I misread...its the charting...never bad!
I didn't think there was a spark people tracker anymore...
Good info... Thanks!
I also agree completely with MIMAWELIZABETH. This is the best resource I've ever found for diet and fitness tools of all descriptions. In fact, I've never found anything close to this good.

I won't post any snarky suggestions for other people, but I imagine you can think of what they might be...and I doubt if 1 person in 1000 has the skillset to even begin.
Thanks for the information contained in this video.
Under the Fitness tab you will see a search there are also Favorites, groupings and Mileage tabs. type in resistance bands. Then go down and click which exercises you did and fill in sets, reps, weight, and how many minutes. If it is a SP video, there should be a button to click to add to your fitness tracker. Hope this helps :D
If you are doing any of the videos that you offer on your site - ie 20 minute band workout - how do you track them?
HAN130155 have you tried typing in fitness calculator for whatever you did? it should bring up a search for the calculator and you enter your info. This is one link you could try:
Add calories for manually added activity, but how can you work out what they are?
Very helpful - thanks!
