I did the day 7 work out this morning and a 14 minute dance video before I went to work this morning, and to complete my day, I went to the gym after work and did spinning for 30 minutes. My goal is always to go 10 miles in 30 minutes and everything after that is bonus. I did 11.4 miles. I got my cardio in for the day. I am looking forward to week 2. Have a great weekend everyone.
This is the only video that I have a real problem doing. Any exercise where I lay on my back hurts. Also, I feel like the planking isn't really beginner level where I am at. I am just too large for it.
That just proved I had NO core whatsoever. :( this really hurt my back and knees. This is the one video I am really too big to do just now. I will keep,trying and hopefully it will get easier each week and I will be able to start doing some of these moves.
I had some difficulties doing all of the challenges so I have identified that my core needs the most work and will readjust my fitness program with this in mind. I don't know if I will ever be able to life my butt. I can do it on my back but not sidewise, so I accept this challenge.
