I had some difficulties doing all of the challenges so I have identified that my core needs the most work and will readjust my fitness program with this in mind. I don't know if I will ever be able to life my butt. I can do it on my back but not sidewise, so I accept this challenge.
I thought I had improved my physical and strength abilities over the last few months but this proved me wrong! I really have to work on strengthening my arms, wrists and legs :( oh well, something else to work on!
I'm so glad others were like me & unable to do the planks!! I thought I was unable to do a plank because of my disability but now I know I am in the norm!! Thanks fellow sparkers, we'll just keep pumpin out the fight in other departments! ;-))
whew. glad to know I wasn't the only one to struggle. I could NOT keep myself in plank position. I now think one of my new goals is to learn pure flexiblity. lol not so much the strength that is my problem... just the balance. which is sad, I know. but if we stick to it, we will be able to do it soon!
