Another great short workout! I've noticed the weakness in my mid-section when I was to pull my bellybutton in and hold it when performing that exercise. I need to work on my abs to get them stronger so that because easier to do.
day 4 of week 4 done' 1 hour of cardio at the gym and video 4 twice. I ate vegies and fruit for lunch and yep the chocolate in the closet has its way with my sweet tooth; however I was able to stop before I got too carried away with the deliciousness of chocolate. Hope everyone else is having a great week!
Day 4 of week 3 done. I started out the day thinking to my self, yep the challenge this week is going to be easy breezy, because I eat fruits and vegies everyday so that part will be easy, wow was I wrong, no matter how hard I tried I just could not get the chocolate hiding out in the closet out of my head. I did eat fruit for lunch but still the chocolate was calling loudly and I had to answer it ALOT. Yikes then I said hey wise up, the chocolate is not doing you justice. Why undo all that hard work, just stop, you have had a taste now finish off the day with a nice crunchy salad, some fruit and a little bit of turkey. After I went to the gym and worked out for an hour 1/2 cardio 1/2 lift, then ran 5 laps, 5 times up and down the stairs and 50 jacks. I came home and did workout 4 and work out 1. I feel like I did some good. Tomorrow is a new day to stick to the fruits and vegies. Hope everyone else is have a great week!
