Today I just finished Day 4 and did 45 minutes of cardio. I feel great and motivated. These videos are very helpful

Week 3 Day 4 done. I chose to take today as a no extra cardio day, I cleaned all day and then went to my grand daughters ice-cream social. She will be in the first grade. It was fun for her. I did get some walking in. Unintended, but walking it was.
