This was awesome! I love how she gives a count down...it seemed like everytime I was about to give up and she would say 5 seconds left so I would hang in there. Question: If I am going to repeat the video a couple of times do I skip the stretching untill the last time through the video or should I do the stretching everytime???

Mine is a question, I am disabled and cannot stand for long. Is there any way to get a Carioca program stater like this. For me? Help.

I liked this jump rope workout very much! Finally I have a "JumpSnap" (the ropeless jumprope) and it was perfect for this! No ropes to get in the way -- but counts how long you jumped as well as calories burned! Thanks, Nicole!

I loved this workout. It was fun and it raised my heart rate without causing to much tiredness. Wish I would have had a jump rope but I did the workout without one which worked just as well.
