I loved to jump rope. This was a great exercise and I sweat a lot.

...I have never stopped jumping rope from when I was a little girl - as I got older I found women who jumped when they were kids and we got a group together to just jump - we now teach the little girls how to jump especially double dutch
I love jumping and I love using the jump rope for HIIT intervals - awesome way to get the heart rate up
this workout is the bomb for me - thanks

I don't do the rope bit, but have a rebounder, and you can jog on it, you sink down a bit, so it works you good, like walking or jogging on a beach, but it does not take a lot of room up, you store it leaning against a wall or under the bed.

Coach Nicole makes jumping rope look sooooo simple! I like that the routine can be done without a jump rope - especially since I am not coordinated enough to use a jump rope! This would be fun to do with others too!
Thanks so much!!!

I like the fact that if your finding it difficult you can march on the spot instead, a great option for a beginner such as myself! :)
Can anyone tell me of a good replacement to Jumping ANYTHING (Ropes, jacks, etc.) I can do while I have X weight and a sizable... "upper body"? I'm not in a position to get an Uber sports bra, but I don't want to wait until then to start boosting my cardio. I'm sure people might say running, but is there anything else comparable to the Ropes?
