I have not been able to work lower body. But this being floor work, i can do it and I am so flipping excited. My rt leg is atrophied badly due to being in a cast 6months. This was great. Worked the hips n legs some. It burned. Loved it!
Thank you for a great workout. It was perfect for someonetrying who was very hesitant about trying pilates.

I had no sound at all. Not my laptop. But I could see the motions and sort of follow along. But I had no idea about what muscles I was using and where I should be feeling tightness and work level. This wasn't working well today at all.

Is there any way to print out these exercises? It's hard to do them and watch my computer at the same time.
I've been doing this video on a daily basis this month and I can see the results, thank you coach Nicole! The thing is... I will be traveling later this week and I can't take my laptop with me. I was wondering if there is a way to download this to my phone or watch it through an app. I really don't want to interrupt my workouts. Thank you!
