I only made it 3 minutes into the video. My hip socket hurt so bad I had to quit. Is this normal?

OK so the I-Tune music blasts out so it HAS to be turned down quickly...I have neighbors! Then I have to turn up Coach Nicole as it's now so low I can only read her lips. This has happened with each of the three videos today. Make the sound consistent Spark People!!

There's no way I can do that whole video, but I'd like to pick and choose the parts I can do. It's too bad there are no separate videos of each exercise she did.

The explanation was really good but it really hurt my leg that i was laying on. I must have been doing something wrong. I quite the video because it was so uncomfortable.

This is a very good work out. I unfortunately won't be able to do it again though as it caused pain in my hip joints. I did half expect this I have bad hips, but I wanted to give it a go :D
Recommended for everyone to at least try :)

I'm on week 4 with this video and it still kills! Hopefully leg exercises will get easier...at some point.

Excellent work out. Im slightly sweating. This is an easier pilates move for me. Im guessing if I didn't work out very often the effect would be much different.
