Once again, I must do it many times with modifications until I can do it the way Nicole does it. Great changeup, and it doesn't hurt my knees. For tjose with hip problems, try the seated cardio, abs, and arm workouts. I started there and worked my way up to kickboxing.
I didn't think this video was going to be effective just for 10 mins but it truly was i recommend this to anyone. I surely felt the burn!! I will defiantly do this video again. From now on i am going to do more workout videos on this site to. They sure help when you want to switch things up a bit.
I actually have the same problem with my hips, for me this workout video definitely hurts more than it helps. What I did is I just found another one of coach Nicole's lower body workout videos and subbed it for this one, still seeing results and feeling the burn, without the added pain.
I agree with LILREDHEAD611, this hurts my hips terribly!, I have fibromyalgia and my hips are the most painful part of my body. I think all the videos should have suggested alternative videos. Just an idea ;)
