This was awesome! I have recently fell into the pilates love and am still very much a begginer! Great explanation of moves and I loved it!

I have not been able to work lower body. But this being floor work, i can do it and I am so flipping excited. My rt leg is atrophied badly due to being in a cast 6months. This was great. Worked the hips n legs some. It burned. Loved it!

I had no sound at all. Not my laptop. But I could see the motions and sort of follow along. But I had no idea about what muscles I was using and where I should be feeling tightness and work level. This wasn't working well today at all.

If your body is not acustom to a certain moovement ,then yes only a small amount of the moovement can hurt.

I've been doing this video on a daily basis this month and I can see the results, thank you coach Nicole!
The thing is... I will be traveling later this week and I can't take my laptop with me. I was wondering if there is a way to download this to my phone or watch it through an app. I really don't want to interrupt my workouts. Thank you!
