I liked your exercise piece for the legs, however I have really bad knees which makes mobility hard. can you suggest an exercise that I could do that won't cause me a great deal of pain. anything for the stomach would be great to. I want to lose more weight and I am finding it difficult. I have lost113lbs already, but I need to lose a lot more. plz help. thx u . from kari

I ENJOY THE SHORT BURST OF EXERCISE. JUST WHEN I THINK ITS TO HARD ITS OVER AND I GET GOOD RESULTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

This workout and 45 minutes spent pulling wagonloads of tree limbs in the 90+ degree FL heat. Oh, I loaded then unloaded the wood . Yeah I'm done for the day.

This is one of my favs - thanks! I only wish Coach Nicole would make it a total of 10 minutes, so that I wouldn't have to re-start it in order to meet my 10-minute requirement.

Good video but it took forever to get through. I have no problems with other videos, but this one kept stopping and starting over. Got through it, though. Love the videos. Helping so much.

I did this workout to the best of my ability. My knees hurt sometimes on the lunges and I can't support my weight to do one of those forward-down lunges. And I realized I am laughably uncoordinated. And I can't reach my foot to hold it for the stretch. But I'm counting it anyway! Cheers!!
