This video seemed just short enough for me to give lunges and squats a try! I really want to work on my glutes and thighs.

I liked your exercise piece for the legs, however I have really bad knees which makes mobility hard. can you suggest an exercise that I could do that won't cause me a great deal of pain. anything for the stomach would be great to. I want to lose more weight and I am finding it difficult. I have lost113lbs already, but I need to lose a lot more. plz help. thx u . from kari
