I did this workout to the best of my ability. My knees hurt sometimes on the lunges and I can't support my weight to do one of those forward-down lunges. And I realized I am laughably uncoordinated. And I can't reach my foot to hold it for the stretch. But I'm counting it anyway! Cheers!!

This workout is just what I've been looking for, but it's too jerky to see. Is there anyway I can down load this or purchase it so I can see it flow the way it's supposed to? The voice is way ahead of the video.
