I couldn't do the lunges with the knee to the floor , I went as far as I could I feel pretty good.

I liked your exercise piece for the legs, however I have really bad knees which makes mobility hard. can you suggest an exercise that I could do that won't cause me a great deal of pain. anything for the stomach would be great to. I want to lose more weight and I am finding it difficult. I have lost113lbs already, but I need to lose a lot more. plz help. thx u . from kari

I ENJOY THE SHORT BURST OF EXERCISE. JUST WHEN I THINK ITS TO HARD ITS OVER AND I GET GOOD RESULTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
