wonderful video.I have many chronic pain issues-degenerative disc disease bulging and protruding discs ,fibro and just plain stiffness etc.This is a good stretch without a lot of pain.

I have degenerative disk disease, lots of stiffness, I also have had a fusion C 4-5-6 and my neck gets stiff and sounds like a cracking noise. These stretches help the stiffness in my back neck and I will do them all day!

These stretches are great. I tried them this morning, and I will be using as pre golf and post golf. Really helps loosening you up.

Sound fine for video, but no picture. I will check out this stretching exercise in exercise section on Spark People because it sounds like it's a good one.

Whoa! am I ever so tight, even after a 60 min. workout. I never really thought about doing an upper body warm down. I've been doing lower body warm down only. Great tip. I'm surley gonna include this in my regimen. Thanks, Nicole :)
