Sound fine for video, but no picture. I will check out this stretching exercise in exercise section on Spark People because it sounds like it's a good one.

Whoa! am I ever so tight, even after a 60 min. workout. I never really thought about doing an upper body warm down. I've been doing lower body warm down only. Great tip. I'm surley gonna include this in my regimen. Thanks, Nicole :)
