  • I thought this video would be easy. NOOOOO on those squats and lunges. Improvised to make it easier on my quads and knees BUT it was GREAT feeling those muscles burning and working. Looking forward to doing this again and gain strength in my leg muscles. Thanks! - 10/4/2015 4:54:30 PM
  • I am also a senior and considerably older than the instructor so that may be the reason for my difficulty. I will try another workout tomorrow and hopefully be more successful at that. - 9/28/2015 5:08:03 PM
  • This video workout is too difficult for me and I am used to doing a 2 mile power walk video with bursts. It is too difficult for my joints and lower back. - 9/28/2015 5:05:46 PM

  • The fifteen minute desk workout with coach Nichole, has been one of my favorites for a long time. When I need some extra exercise in the evening and can't decide what to do I do this workout one or two times. It makes me feel very nice. Thanks Coach Nichole! - 8/2/2015 10:30:11 PM

  • Finally got my breathing corrdingated in this workout. Had a little hard time with the squats had to use my walker for balance. This are the result of my stroke as I could do the workout before without any balance issues. - 7/13/2015 11:27:39 PM
  • whenever I watch a workout video, if there is a move I can not do I just make sure that I keep moving my body, by swinging my arms or swaying if im on my feet, just to keep the heart rate up. - 7/7/2015 11:28:27 AM
  • I did the 15-minute desk workout and it left me feeling weak in the legs and shaky. I have to remember that I am 75 yrs. old and don't have the strength I once had. I think that I'll continue to do that workout but do one repetition for every two that she does. - 4/26/2015 12:00:42 PM
  • I have an orthopedic moon boot on and these seated exercises are great for me to do every day. - 3/31/2015 4:06:27 PM
