What is the best way to start a healthy lifestyle or weight-loss plan?
I have never been an avid exerciser. Since I am starting new again here on SP I am working on changing that part of my program. To begin with I am just focusing on moving more. That's my beginning small step.
I had to write down my big goal. Then the steps that would get me there. Each week I would add a goal as well as keeping previous goals. ie. drinking 8-10 glasses of water, then 8-10 glasses of water + 5 servings of fruit 7 veggies. Then getting steps etc.
