No Whites back to basics

Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.

Eating more naturally

I am eating more natural foods, and less refined or over-processed foods. No more white: rice, pasta, bread, etc. It helps me feel full and increases my metabolism at the same time.

Don't keep cash on hand

I don't keep cash on me, that way I am not tempted to hit the vending machine when I am feeling frustrated, or bored at work.

keep a 20 oz bottle of water around you wherever you go at all times and refill it throughout the day; you will get in all your water for the day and you will lose weight faster by not being hungry all day long too. emoticon

laundry

We have been making our own laundry soap for our family of 6 for over two years now. Works wonderfully. There are several different "recipes" available on the web. We also hang our clothes outside in good weather to dry. Imagine how much money we have saved over the years!
