Research restaurants before you go out to eat

Most restaurants have all their nutritional info posted on their web sites. before you go out to eat check the nutritional info first so you already know what you're going to order. Once you're there resist temptation by having the waiter remove the dessert menu from the table.

The Double-Take

There's a good number of friends I run into only every few weeks or so. Some haven't seen me since last fall--which was 35 pounds ago. I live for that double-take.

I know 35 is a big number, but I don't see it, since I see me every day. They see it. And boy does it feel good when they do!

Love yourself!

Losing the weight is the easy part, loving yourself no matter what is the hard part! Say "Thank You" when someone says something nice about you and start loving yourself. For if we do not love ourselves how can we expect other to as well? emoticon emoticon

Fresh start

I start my day with one thought in my head "Today is going to be a great day, and i will Be happy with my food choices by bedtime! "

MAKE TIME

Everyone can make a good excuse...the only thing i make is time to workout. On days that i work, i get up and hour early to make sure that i have at least 60 mins in for the day in case i cannot workout in the afternoon..if i can GREAT! 2 workouts in one day is even better! emoticon

Exercising daily

Cardio and strength activities every day are a must. Even with a busy lifestyle, it is important to be active everyday. Change up my routines to keep it fresh and make sure that I have at least 30 minutes of cardio every day.

chair aerobics

Drink Water

When I drink water I don't feel as hungry. I also find myself for energized when I drink my 8 cups a day. Besides all of that I know the water helps to detoxify my body. emoticon
