I now believe

I learned that I am in control. I decide what happens to my body. My negative thoughts create a negative image of myself, and make me overeat. But thinking positive, believing in myself, and the continual telling of myself that I CAN DO IT makes me believe that I CAN. And I AM!!!!!!
