I have relied on Stauffer's Chocolate Animal Crackers to get me past the chocolate and sugar cravings. They are only 8 calories each. Sometimes just two or three totally satifies my sweet tooth. I've been buying them for the past 10 months and have lost 50 pounds.

How I have No Cable Bill

I do not spend 1 penny on cable. I also get to see most every TV show and movie I want for around $15 a month. This is what I do. First, I have a subscription of 1 movie at a time with Netflix which allows me to watch unlimited online movies even on my television.

Skip dinner

Try to eat only fruits or a light salad for dinner. While you can eat anything during the day, eating light for dinner helps a lot in burning fat.
