Get shoe boxes and label them Keep, need to read, might read. File all mail and other paper into the box. At the end of the month put a colored paper over the top of the last page. At the end of the next month deal with the previous months stuff, throw out what you didn't looked at. You never will

I've tried Zumba, Step, Interval Training, Ringside(boxing), Spin, Yoga and my new class is Cardio Kickboxing.
Once you find a few you like rotate them so you don;t get bored.
My husband and I throw change into a large bottle for a year. Canada has loonies and toonies so it can add up fast ( that's $1 and $2 coins for those that don't know) By vacation time, we have enough saved for our excursions etc. I bought a $900 bedroom set once with the change saved.
A good way to start being more active is to get up and stretch or do some light exercising in the commercial breaks while watching your favorite television show. Even if you just pace around the living room, you'll be more active.
I take a walk with my Receptionist every day at 10am. It is the prime time for avoiding all excuses...warm enough to go out, but not too hot yet. Its only 15 minutes, and its fresh air away from the crazy office,
