If you wear medium sized shorts, check men's clearance racks at running stores. Women's size medium is the same as men's small. Women's medium is a very popular size but men's small is not.
Logging on to SP and reading others success stories helps keep me motivated, it keeps my hands busy and stops me eating. When I do fall off track SP friends get me back on track.
I tend to want to snack while watching TV. You can be so involved with the show your watching it can not matter what you are putting in your body. I find it's helpful if I get into that mood to grab a long carrot that's not cut up, and munch on it while watching TV.
