80 - 20 Rule Rocks

I planned ahead for the week and tried to stay on track. On Friday i went out with the girls and consumed alcohol and a few high calorie snacks. Needless to say when i weighed myself on Sunday i had lost 3 pounds.

Safe Places for Trigger Foods

If you've eliminated foods while losing because you fear you can't stop eating, reintroduce them in a safe place. If chocolate pie is your favorite nemesis, have a piece at a restaurant. It is unlikely you will order a second one!

No matter what comes always think outside the box. As long as you are in the box, you will never see what is on the other side. I learned to not eat at my desk, but every twenty minutes get up and walk around the desk or to the water fountain. My desk (box) should not be my mantle, but my footstool.
