To make sure I get my water in for the day, I use a bottle that contained 8 cups, such as V8 Fusion, and fill that up every morning and keep it by my desk.
Eating every four hours keeps me from getting so hungry I eat everything in sight.
I remember the pain each battle we had to keep loved ones alive.. They cared enough to call me out before dying to take care for myself. They will not be forgotten or die in vain- what will it take you to sober up?

Sometimes when I have a bad eating day, it's tempting to just not log it. Why bother? I know that I went over my goals! But I have found that logging the bad stuff helps me to get it off my chest, and then I can move forward and get back on that wagon that much quicker.

Surround yourself with people that are like-minded. It will help you have others that can relate to you. Sparkpeople groups are a great place to start. If you see other people like you doing it, you will realize you can do it to.
Give yourself permission... permission to be healthy. So many times we are our own worst enemy. Give yourself permission to eat well, to exercize and to do what you know is right for you.
Everyone ususally thinks does not help, but, that is far from the truth. Last week I walked almost 14,000 steps in one day and guess what? The next day I weighed and lost over 3 pounds, imagine that???? Walking does work. It has for me.
