When I first began a fitness program, I didn't always know all the moves or the steps. Really I didn't even always feel like going. But I just kept at it like I knew what was going on. Like I wanted to go anyway. Eventually I did want to go and I did know the moves. I just had to get started.
I have been cooking whole meals in my crockpot for 31 years:same crockpot too! It only costs a few cents a day to run one, instead of using an oven or microwave! Banked the saved $ and renovated my home's whole interior!
Keep youself busy, don't spend all your time thinking about food. I plan out my next day's menu the night before and prepare what I can. I simply know what I am going to eat and therefore do not have to worry about it. Plan ahead. Do something that's not all about you.
I think of my plan for healthy living in terms of a football game. A fumble isn't part of the game plan, but it is part of the game. If I slip, I just shake it off!! It has meant the difference between multiple attempts and success.
