This is a perfect tool to keep track of your food, water, fitness, etc. I can add in what I'm eating, before I put one bite in my mouth, my workout after I'm finished, each ounce of H20 downed, etc. It keeps me from missing a beat :)
Having an exercise buddy has been essential to my success! We depend on each other to show up and motivate each other on our "off" days. We keep each other on track and celebrate our successes too! I doubt I would have gotten this far without her!
At first, drinking 8 glasses of water might seem to be a daunting task. I've found that by adding a few drops of lime or lemon juice, I enjoy drinking my water! Also, if you use 32 oz water bottles, you drink two a day and you've met your 8 glasses!
