There's a NO sodium bouillon - chicken and beef - by Herb Ox now. I use it for everything, any time I don't have my home-made broth (which is most of the time.) By the time I get all the rest of the flavors in the dish, I really can't tell the difference - and the sodium savings is huge.

Even if you don't have a 401K, pay yourself first. Take out 6% (or whatever you are comfortable with) and invest in a CD or something. Do it with every paycheck and then rollover that CD when it comes to term.
Take the time to set a place and eat your meals at the table. Don't do anything else while eating. Mindfulness during mealtimes will go a long way to helping you feel full and satisfied. And, even better, you will eat less!
I started adding my protein shake as the cream and sugar to my coffee to replace the extra calories. Tastes good.

I find that even when I fall off the wagon, the greatest challenge is to perservere and start over.. when I do, it almost helps wipe the slate clean of the slip ups from the day before.
I've re-focused my weight loss efforts through choosing foods that truly fuel my body. While I can plan for treats, they're so often empty calories that add nothing to my health. Nutritious foods are generally higher volume foods too which helps me with staying full for longer.
