Drying your laundry on a line--indoors or out--is economical and eco-friendly. Dryers command a lot of energy and electricity, but they also wear out your clothes faster than hang drying. No more shrunken T-shirts either!
I combine the cardio with strength throughout the workout. I wear a weighted vest while doing my LS DVD's In addition, I use dumb bells for a portion of the workout & also have a booster system, which allows me to use resistance tubing for upper and lower body resistance.

To help me get my at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day I try to keep my refrigerator stocked. When I buy fruits or veggies that need to be prepared (clean, cut, peeled) I do it before I put them in the fridge so when I open the fridge they are ready to go.
