Look at the listed ingredients of any item you're thinking about buying/eating, and really think about what those ingredients are. The idea of putting unknown chemicals into my system is sometimes enough to make me put it down!
Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.
keep a 20 oz bottle of water around you wherever you go at all times and refill it throughout the day; you will get in all your water for the day and you will lose weight faster by not being hungry all day long too.
We have been making our own laundry soap for our family of 6 for over two years now. Works wonderfully. There are several different "recipes" available on the web. We also hang our clothes outside in good weather to dry. Imagine how much money we have saved over the years!
