If you're trying to make yourself get into an AM workout routine but are not a morning person, don't allow yourself "snooze button" time. On Tuesday nights my daughter, a friend from work and myself have Biggest Loser night. We start with a healthy dinner, then go into the exercise room and workout for an hour while watching The Biggest Loser. Great working out with friends and experimenting with new recipes.

My secret to success is in my routine.
