Be more Inefficient

I read an article on Sparkpeople about getting more exercise/movement in and one of the tips was to be more inefficient which I have really taken to heart. When I'm not in a huge rush, I will take 4 trips to the laundry room, many more steps to clean up (picking only one item up at a time), going to the fridge multiple times (not to eat more food but to prepare meals). It really adds up and keeps my body in motion. Plus I try to do little exercises while doing this - squats, calf lifts, etc

Sneaking in Exercise Every Work Hour

Unless I'm in a meeting or on a call I have my task manager alarm set to ding me once an hour - I then get up and MOVE - Could be squats, wall push ups, calf raises, marching in place or just stretching. This way by the end of the day I've added in extra bits of movement and feel great!

I use my bike to do all my arrence.

When ever I need to do something that I don't have to carry large items I use my bike instead the car. I ride my bike to appointments, shopping, banking and so on....

Morning Exercise

I find that I do much better when I start my day with yogilates. It is great stretches, that really wakes up your body. After that I am ready to do other exercise such as cardio or strength training.

Omit unhealthy carbs; sugar, bread pasta

To endure means to suffer patiently. To envision a better thinner body I endure by abstaining from temporary treats that taste good. Also if I'm hungry or craving there are many low carb healthy options.

Jin Shin Jyutsu for Weight Loss

I started Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese form of hands-on healing, because I was fascinated by its effects on my mood and energy.
After two weeks of daily practice (10 minutes or so), I noticed I had lost around 3 kgs or so. This was when I started taking Jin Shin Jyutsu even more seriously. It can be a great help for almost any psychological and/or physical issue and is a beautiful art as well.

Tracking water intake

Every morning I fill a half gallon pitcher of water and drink from that all day (adding ice when necessary). Easy way to track 8+ cups of water
