As you go through the day and think of things you want to do later, or tomorrow, stop and do something that is part of the task so it is done and you don't have to remember it. Example: You need to take something to work tomorrow. Put it by your car keys so it is close when you pick up your keys tomorrow morning. Or you need to call someone tomorrow. Put their name and phone number on a piece of paper and put that near your keys.
Find something in your house that you don't clean on a regular basis, like lampshades, cabinet tops or doors, washing walls, etc., and put on some music and clean and sing your way to remove your stress. Sing loud and clean hard, and you'll be stress free and will have accomplished something good at the same time.
Today while fixing lunch for my kids, I danced around the kitchen. My son asked what I was doing and I told him I was exercising during the time I was making the lunch. When the timer goes off I would have been continuously moving around for 5 to 10 minutes or more and not even realize cause I was having fun doing all types of move, like air punching, etc. And it's fun.
OK, this is one I haven't tried yet, but I find it intriguing. I'm thinking of getting a standing desk, so I stand at my computer instead of sitting. I worry that my feet would get too tired but I think it would be good for me not to be sitting so much.
